By registering or purchasing on the Site, the user is deemed to have accepted these terms.
2. Orders and Formation of Contract

When the user confirms the order electronically, the Distance Sales Agreement becomes effective.

lamelon.com cannot be held responsible for errors arising from incorrect price or stock information.
3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in Turkish Lira (TL). Campaigns and discounts are valid only during the announced periods.

Payment can be made via credit card, bank transfer/EFT, or other methods specified on the Site.

Orders will not be processed until payment is approved.
4. Delivery and Shipping

Orders are shipped within 3-7 business days, depending on stock availability.

Delivery times may vary depending on the buyer’s location and the courier company.

Unless otherwise stated, shipping costs belong to the customer.
5. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw within 14 days from product delivery.

Products must be unused and in their original packaging for returns to be accepted.

Return shipping costs may be borne by either the seller or buyer depending on legal regulations.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products, perishable goods, or items unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons.
6. Warranty and Liability

Products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty (if applicable).

Damages caused by user error after delivery are not covered under warranty.
